Return & Exchange Policy

Our return window is 30 days from the date of purchase.

Copy of original receipt is required to start a return.

Only items purchased directly from us are eligible for a refund.

Customer is responsible for return expenses.

 

How to Return an Item

Email us at retrostarsusa@gmail.com withing 30 days of your purchase to start a return. Specify reasons for returning. Attached a copy of receipt and any images you have as proof.

After return is approved, mail the items back to the provided return address. You are responsible for return shipping fees.

All items must be in their original packaging and all tags must be attached.

 

Refunds

Once your return arrives, items will be inspected for quality. If items are in original condition, we will initiate your refund.

Refunds can be done to the original payment method or as store credit.

Refunds to original payment method might take up to 30 days or longer to be reflected on your account depending on your bank.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same rules as returned items. Once your return arrives, items will be inspected for quality. If the exchange is approved, we will ship the replacement items to you.

Restrictions

Items not in original state

Refunds are not available if item is not in its original state. For example, tags have been removed, or it has some kind of damage.

We are not responsible for damage caused during shipment.

Personalized items

Personalized items are not eligible for refunds. If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us an we will help you with it.

Final sale items

Final sale items are not eligible for refunds. The product page will indicate if it is a final sale item.

Resell items

We reserve the right to deny refund to resellers or to customers who purchased an item from a reseller.
